Arrived on time properly boxed. My wife recieved and tried this product came to me at work to say can we send it back the pulp was coming out wet most upset. When i returned home the parts washed laid out on a towel, I put the product together following the instruction leaflet, waited on her return home. this time the product behaved perfectly and we love it. This product is perfect for those of you looking to detox if you have seen the healthy eating programs. Our budget wouldnt stretch to a stainless steel juicers B.P.A free plastic means that toxic free. Our fresh organic produce loved this product too. I couldnt wait to review this product and it only arrived yesterday. Nutrients coming out of my ears. Just what we were looking for.

I am very happy with this juicer. It saves a lot of product. I bought it mostly for celery juice so I haven't try everything yet. This juicer is very value for money. Also it's not noisy. Only thing , you need to be more gentle if you used to different juicers ,don't push the products and don't rush otherwise it gonna be harder to clean it and to open it for cleaning. I also feel my celery juice has better taste now . Customer Service is also very good, I had some questions and the seller replied to me straight away in any question I had.

Shipment arrived promptly. However when first running on pineapple and then later on grass it was obviously not up to the job. With the pineapple the fibre backed up on the arbor and even the filter, preventing the juice from coming out. With the grass again the fibre could not exit the front despite being set up as per the manual. The result was that the front screen ripped off both supports and rotated in its housing. This would appear to be a design feature which prevents the augur from jamming and damaging the motor. The machine was returned.

Really good machine, we love it. Keeps on churning out fantastic juice, takes whatever we can throw at it, and the dry pulp is surprisingly good solfritto as well! Good value.

Purchased a Biochef Axis Horizontal Juicer in September 2016, it worked great and I was super happy (would have given 5 star review), even after the end cap snapped in half when I was reassembling the machine in early December 2016 (can be used without it). Continued to be happy until January 3rd 2017 when I decided to make sorbet (as the machine is advertised for). Followed the instructions to the best of my ability (parts are not labelled well and instructions were vague), yet machine practically blew apart halfway through. Was super disappointed as it meant going without juice until it could be fixed, but had faith that the company would stand behind its generous 10/20 year warranty. Heard back from the company (Lucas) within 48 hours requesting photos of the damage. Sent them off and then heard that the technicians had decided that it was outside "normal usage" so I would have to pay to replace the crucial part (but as a measure of good faith they would replace the non crucial end cap). Replied that I was not happy with that outcome, as I don't understand how following the supplied instructions can be considered outside "normal usage", have not yet heard back 2 weeks later. Am now at the point where I want to just send the broken juicer back and get my money back so that I can purchase another juicer and support a company who is willing to stand behind their products, and will provide appropriate customer service in the case of a product failure. Have been left with no choice now but to turn to social media while waiting to hear from consumer affairs.

I am really impressed with my BioChef Axis Cold Press Juicer. It produces excellent quality juice and is a lot easier to clean than I expected. I haven't had a chance to try out the pasta nozzles yet, but I am looking forward to using them in the future. Excellent value on price and with such a long extended warranty it should last for many years.

The product was delivered with proper packing to protect it. So I'm happy with the delivery arrangement. THe product itself is easy to use, easy to clean, not very noisy. Happy with the quality!

It is good machine, smooth, use everyday. Only when juicing celery, cleaning of the stainless steel mesh needs patience. The supplied brush is not good at all, just change it with tooth brush with fine end.

Not as expected and showed in ads. Seems to be a awkward to use gets small quantities of juice each time and causes a lot of rubbish. Leaves juices into the rubbish.
