Review: Great book - I ordered the book on 2nd January was very pleased when it arrived early as it was shipped from California usa.The book looks fantastic lots of yummy recipes & easy to follow instructions as it's from USA it has Celsius conversion aswell as time conversions as in cooking from frozen or fresh also its measurements are in cups rather than ounces or grams but that's ok as I have measuring cups. The pages are glossy so you can wipe them down if you was to spill anything on them it has lovely pictures also I like that it has several sections you can make notes on if you wanted to tweek a certain recipe I cant say if pen will smudge or wipe off due to the glossy finish as I havent written on it yet.i also love the fact its spiral-bound. I have been following the author on YouTube and she has some fantastic tips and airfryer recipes. The book was a little expensive but I think it's worth the price. And so excited to start making some of the lovely recipes.
