I’m really happy with this rice cooker! It cooks rice perfectly every time fluffy, evenly cooked, and delicious. The controls are easy to use, and it’s very convenient for quick meals. The quality feels excellent and sturdy, and cleanup is a breeze. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen—highly recommend!

We are a Filipino married to an American household, and this bad boy is an absolute workhorse. Great size and price at the time. Its pot is steel-coated to prevent sticking and is super easy to clean in the dishwasher. Very easy to use, push the buttons through the menu options. It has held up well to the daily abuse we put it through.

Excellent condition! Doesn’t even look used. Easy to use and my rice comes out perfect.

The design is beautiful. I'm giving it 4 stars because it spills a little water when opening the lid, and the brand name paint has worn off.

I bought this rice cooker for one reason: carb reducing cooked rice! And, on the first try, I was successful! I got fluffy and pretty tasty rice. The instructions are clear & simple. The reviews about mushy rice and dry rice are user errors! If it helps you guys better, this is what you will do to cook rice using “carb reduced” option: use the included basket. Pit 2 cups of rice using the included cup. Wash the rice before cooking (this helps reduce some starch from it yourself). Then, put the washed rice in the basket. Using a measuring cup, pour 6.5 cups of water into the pot. Put the basket of rice in and select the “carb reduced” option. It will take 40 mins to cook. When it beeps, open the cooker and enjoy the rice that is cooked perfectly but is healthier to eat! You are welcome!

The carb reduce feature is not enough for Rice varieties that are parboiled - Example Kerala matta rice or any Indian rice that takes longer to cook. It takes forever to get it cooked on this Carb reduce mode. I had to set it in three 40 min sessions to get it cooked. "Copying the contents of another review, so this reaches the design team". PRO: 1. looks pretty 2. Easy settings 2. easy to use without carb reduce CON: 1. This product has serious design problems 1.1 the rice cannot be fully and thoroughly cooked when you use default settings of "carb reduce". You have to restart the cooker with "carb reduce" and stir the rice with water. 1.2 the inner pot for "carb reduce" is not easy to clean because it is made of stainless steel and rice sticks on it. 1.3 the inner pot for "carb reduce" is easy to scratch the inner pot with non-stick coating 1.4 no water collection cup. When you finish cooking and open the lid, much water flow from the lid down into the pot and edge which may hold some water. 2. the pot is heavy than others. Just like other customers' commend. It is ok for me although it is "heavy". Do not recommend this cooker if you use "carb reduce" a lot and worry about the water from the lid. Will return it.

Excellent item. Cooks quick and great quality. Esasy to use and it is touch function, it doesn't have buttons. Really big for a family of 4 or 5( I could say even 6). I loved my purchase

This rice cooker is fantastic!! I have 3 insta pots so decided I’d pay a little extra for the instapot rice cooker and I was not disappointed!! It cooks more than rice to perfection. Any grain!!!

If it does as it is claimed, reducing carbs, it is great. I have no way of knowing because the result is the same as a normal rice cooker IMHO.

I've heard of all kinds of stories of the "automatic retirement" of product but did not believe them till it actually happened on me. Purchased it 1.5 years and lightly used it once every 2 to 3 weeks. Which means around 100 to 150 uses of rice cooking, the spring inside the lid notch just fell off and it cannot close anymore. Reached out the customer support but just got informed the warranty expired anyway and no repair option was available either. So consider twice may help a bit on this.

it looks good, cooks fine except one design flaw: when open the cap the water drain from the cap has no where to go but stay on the rim. some time it overflow to the inside. They should have it drain to a container as the other rice cooker usually does
