There is no predictive text feature. This is an SOS mobile phone with 4G network, which is only used for basic mobile phone functions such as calls.

Can a call be answered by flipping the phone open or do you then have to press another button. Can a call be finished by closing the phone?

Yes. Click on the following, Menu - Settings - Call Settings - Advanced Settings - Answer Mode. then tick box "Cover Answer"

Yes it does, I got this for my dad who’s now blind, it’s opened up a new world for him, I can ring him he flips it open he can chat. There’s an sos button at the back so I input my no, he now just presses that button a little alarm goes off but then it calls me, it’s a gray phone hope this helps
