This laxative is wonderful. It appears that it is effective and works well. I am very happy with my purchase.

To much can cause cramps
These are now hard to find at your local vitamin store. This is one of the herbs I have been using for several years. Experiment how often you need to use one a day or 2. Most often you only need one. They do the job of having a bowel movement.
