Not for package tie string.
Short strips not long or tough enough for wrapping gifts. It has many other uses though I bought it for rustic package decorating.

Nice Amount Packaged
This is packaged shrink wrapped, not on a spool or loose in a bag, which I was hesitant to use because thought Iโd get a lot of Brocken strands. But opening showed they are well preserved and not dried out. Will definitely reorder.

HIGHLY Recommend
This Raffia Straw comes shrink-wrapped, feels HARD and is completely FLAT! However, once you open the package, remove the elastics, and remove the raffia ribbons that bind it, you can manually fluff up the straw. It's exactly what I needed.

It arrived in tight little bundles which were easy to pull apart to use the strands. I am making a raffia wreath and the quality of this product is perfect for my project. The strands were long and thick enough to fill in my wreath easily. Would highly recommend.
