Is the drawstring closure tight enough to keep a small rattlesnake from being able to escape? (need to keep small rattlers in the bag overnight)

I wouldn’t trust it.... I carry zip ties to secure the bag and it goes in a bucket at the truck.

Will this work for rattlesnakes can they bite through it?

Yes, they can bite through it. I think it’s safer to use a Home Depot orange bucket. It’s dangerous trying to get a rattlesnake inside of the bag. Maybe the bag is generally used by professionals.

Is the print on both sides?

No, it is only one-side printed.
