Absolutely wonderful espresso powder that perfectly blended in with my chocolate brownie recipe. It helped deepen the flavor and made it a little bit better. I would definitely buy it again.

Made my first gluten free cake for a family member. Recipe called for a cup of hot coffee in the batter. I don't make or drink coffee at home so made a cup with the powder. Frosting called for 2 tsp. in the frosting. Gave it a great fudge mocha taste. Best chocolate cake I ever made! Have since made a cup of espresso with hot milk and it was delicious.

This Espresso Powder did enhance the chocolate flavor of a cake as stated on the package. I have not used it yet for the purpose I originally ordered it. I can no longer find Nestle's Espresso Morsels and I hoped this would be a good substitute. I used the morsels in candy making and they provided a great Espresso flavor. Hopefully when I make the candy the Espresso flavor will be present. I will try using more of the powder.
