Easy install and look nice on my Goldwing

I read the reviews before purchasing the Black Floorboards for my 2023 Goldwing DCT (so I knew I may expect some minor issues). The right side went on with no problems. The left side adapter did not fit in the bracket on the bike, due to the paint is too thick also the same with the pin fitting into the adapter. I sanded the paint down on the adapter and ran a round file through the holes for the pin. I had to bevel the edges of my adapter due to it rubbing against a weld or improperly machined bracket on my bike (so I am thinking). I mounted the adapter to make sure it moved freely, now it is hanging, waiting on the paint to dry (a light coat). These Floorboards are replacing the mini boards I had used from my old 2008 Goldwing. The left side did not pivot as the adapter was not designed for this bike, but they did fit on and were better than the pegs that came on the bike. I figured I better remedy that issue before I drag the floorboard and break the mounting bracket on the bike. These floorboards are a little larger than the mini boards (not by much). They feel sturdy and look good on the bike.
