Because of the placement of the the handles, it is difficult to insert the charger, without bending the cord. I filed the instructions to remove the case, but it is so hard to put the case back on.With that being said, the case does the job and I would rather have that sturdy protection than a flimsy, easily bendable case. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Really hard to get the tablet in. *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2021* This is a good product but I was pretty disappointed in how hard it was to put the tablet in it that is why I gave only 3 stars, it took my teen and I 2.5 hours working together with a hair dryer to warm up the product to get it to bend better. Once the tablet was in, the product is very sturdy and keeps the tablet in place, I do not think we will ever be able to get it back out though, it is a very snug fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Difficult to plug in charger ....
