I've been taking NO XPLODE for almost 8 years now...yes the formula has changed once or twice over that time frame, but the results have not. The energy boost, combined with the creatine and other ingredients make this one of the most reliable supplements I have ever taken. BSN has always been high on my list of companies that are reputable: they don't over charge, over hype or over sell their products. Their products sell themselves through reliability and results and NO XPLODE always delivers as a preworkout drink. I prefer the taste of fruit punch the best - the other flavors are too much for me, but after eight years, all of them are tolerable. I like Blue Raz the least, but Ill buy it because sometimes it's $5-10 cheaper than other flavors. Make sure to use this stuff up or the moisture in the air will decay the effervescing ingredients. If you've been lifting long enough, you've seen many manufacturers come and go with products, but NO XPLODE has been around the longest because it really works. It jacks you up for your workouts, doesn't cause jitters (it will cause diarrhea though if you take too much, any excess caffeine dose will do that though), and the creatine helps fill your muscles so you can lift more.

love this n.o xplode loved the last one too, i fill this is a superior product compared to the n.o xplode 2.0. i used 2.0 a lot, i noticed a big difference when taking this product, from energy, to focus, stamina, power, endurance. I'm a runner/boxer and can say this is by far the best pre-workout supplement i have used. i highly recommend this for anyone looking to increase there workout performance and intensity. I used to get the fruit punch flavor in the 2.0 form but since ordering this new one i have got blue raz and i think it's the better of the two, i think the fruit punch has a pretty salty taste while the blue raz has a really nice fruity taste

I've used many pre workouts and this one stands up to all of them in how I performs. However it may be one of lowest ranked as far as taste goes

Great product definitely would buy it again

So I've been using this just over a month now and have been happy with it. It gives me solid energy for my workout without giving me any jitters. For reference, I used to take Gaspari Nutrition "Size-On" but couldn't find it anymore and I've been happy with this so far. The blue raspberry flavor is there, but it doesn't stop the stuff from tasting super acidic. It seriously tastes like stomach acid so just be forewarned. Have had great gains though.

This dissolved easily and the taste was fine. Some jitteriness for me

I used the BlueRaz. 1/2, 3/4 or full scoop. 6-7+ years now, 5-7 days a week. I circuit train - 90% time utilization in the gym. NO BS. Can make you gassy so consider “poop before use lol”. Tremendous pump and O2 delivery minimizing time between sets, filled rest time 1-1/2 min - 2 min with other muscle groups. Calves Forearms Abs 7-days a week. Nice fill-ins between muscle group sets. Allows extensive drop sets using dumbbell/barbell for chest and biceps. Nice gains in military press, also military drop sets. I Take a break and work out a week or so and then return. Lose ~5%-10% intensity (but not strength) and definitively longer rest between sets. ONE WEEK REST is important: weakest links are not muscle: it’s tendons and ligaments. Muscle grows fast, those grow slow so be careful. No one can keep up with me in 45-60 min, & I’m DONE. Will use it always.
