I started taking Liver supplements to restore my liver back to its healthy state. I really like this brand due to it’s effectiveness, ease of swallow and the natural ingredients it has such as European Milk Thistle Extract, Artichoke Leaf Extract and Dandelion Root Extract. It has helped my liver tremendously in flushing out the toxins that I have encountered in my unhealthy diet & lifestyle due to menopause. This is the ONLY BRAND I WILL USE

I bought all 3 of the Balance One Candida supplements, CandAssist, Liver Support and the Probiotic. I started out slow as someone suggested and only took one of each. Die off started after a little less than a week, and it has made me pretty miserable for almost a week (so far). But my tongue is finally starting to clear up from the oral thrush that Nystatin did nothing for. Am I improving because of the Balance One products? I don't know, really, but I don't think they're hurting. I've been following a candida diet at the same time, which, no matter what the cheerful websites try to tell you, is AWFUL. I already can't eat (because of allergies and GERD) half the stuff they say you CAN eat and I'm basically starving myself while I'm starving the candida. The only upside is I'm losing the last few pounds I needed to lose. Before the nuclear antibiotic I was given unnecessarily, I was already eating a relatively low carb, sugar free diet. The antibiotic set off the candida. As to the candida diet, BTW, there is virtually no scientific proof that gluten is bad for you unless you have celiac disease. And most of the candida diets restrict all dairy saying it's inflammatory. Scientific research suggests the opposite. If you're lactose intolerant, yeah, avoid dairy. Let me say up front that I believe that it's always a good idea to avoid a high carb diet loaded with sugar and processed foods. But the candida diets (which don't agree with each other, either) leave you with practically nothing to eat but kale and fish, but cheerily tell you that you can eat tasty meals on a their diet while most of the stuff allowed is tasteless or tastes terrible. Why don't they just tell the truth? "This diet going to be awful but will help you." So are these supplements helping me? I don't really know. BUT, I should add that I've been having REIKI treatments as well, and they may be doing more good than anything else I'm doing. When my fever spiked to over 100 (and rising) from candida die off, Reiki brought it down to 98.2 in a few minutes. Non-believers in Reiki should know that they use it and teach it at Johns Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic and the VA has successfully used Reiki to treat PTSD. It's becoming an accepted adjunct to Western medicine. Western medicine, I've decided, will kill you if you let it. Doctors see you for 15 minutes and give you a prescription. If you complain about side effects, they are dismissive. So yeah, I'm going to stay on the homeopathic route and continue to take the Balance One products until I'm sure this is cleared up and and will probably continue to take their probiotic and occasionally CandAssist and Liver Support prophylactically. I'll also be using homeopathy rather than antibiotics in the future.

Liver One is easy to take, and I have not had any bad side effects. I have had allergic reaction to a few of the ingredients (Ginger, Turmeric, Roots) so started out slow with just 1 pill with Dinner and then after a week moved up to 2 pills. I love that it has No artificial colors or flavors(as I am allergic to those also). Great product.

I never noticed how much an overwhelmed liver could affect overall health. I had been feeling sluggish, brain fog, inflamed for a while and it became my standard. I suspected my liver needed some help. I noticed the effects of this herb right away. It's relaxing, makes me feel grounded, and clean mental energy. I feel like when every thing seems wrong with the day and you’re just agitated, this is a good herb to bring you back to harmony. Helps me sleep better and think better during the day. Expensive but I’ll keep taking it since it’s working.
