Owning a black truck and having hard water can be a huge pain. So I figured I would try this to keep me from always having to hand dry. Well I tried it and it works. Rinsed the truck on a hot day and didnt dry it off. Dried spot free! My only tiny complaint is I was hoping for a 0 TDS but it will only get it to 2. My straight tap water is 105. But 2 is still spot free. I believe anything under 50 will be spotless. Considering what I pay to have it hand washed and dried, this thing will pay for itself in 3 washes.

This is a great product. I should have purchase this years ago but was deterred by the high price point. I've been washing my own car for several years and always had to washed them during the morning time before the sun came out to minimize hard water spotting. Now with this spotless system I can freely wash my car during the daylight under the sun and not having to rush to dry my car before water spots start to form. I also have a RO drinking water system from iSpring and they have the best customer service.

We live in a wooded area and keeping windows clean to enjoy the views is greatly desired. The challenge is we have hard well water and the cost of professional cleaning is over $600 a time just for the outside. We bought Ispring and it worked wonderfully leaving no spots. While only getting one full house windows cleaned before needing filters it is still saving use thousands a year. Buy a water tester first and do the math. You may find like us this product is worth the money as we have.

They say if you register, you get a 3 year warranty extension. However, when trying to register, after taking 10 minutes to fill out the registration, it asks for you to enter a "Captcha Text". it does not work!!! I tried it several times. did not work... Very irritating... Gave up... Be aware, installing the filter containers to the housing assy is a bit tricky. One screwed right on, the other did not. What works: Turn the whole thing upside down, place the white inner washer directly onto the housing, silicone lube the big O-ring to hold it in place while installing the filter holder. Set the filter cartridge onto the housing, place the filter onto the housing and carefully place the filter holder onto the housing so as not to dislodge the O-ring and screw it on. My TDS reads ~400 ppm going in and 4 ppm on the output. So it's doing a good job of DI'g the water.

Good carwash cart. I use it a lot. Easy to roll around from area to area. Also Good customer service at iSprings, Sean helped me with my water tds #'s were to high. Gave suggestions Also sent me replacement filters to help. Appreciated his assistance and quick response. Thank you Sean and iSprings

I used this filter 6 times, over a span of 1 year, and the resin is used up or has otherwise failed somehow. For the first 5 washes, it worked amazingly well with zero water spots and great flow rate. On the 6th wash, the water had a funky fish-like smell and the hard water spots are worse than if I didn't use the filter at all. $400 for 5 car washes is insane. Worse yet, even if I wanted to spend another $200 on replacement resin, there's no replacement resin cartridges available anywhere! Everyone is out of stock. I'm left with trying to disassemble the cartridges and hopefully refill them with 3rd party resin. Save your money and buy the name brand system; this one is not worth your money.

Easy to set up and works great for car washing. But most importantly we will be using it to wash our Airstream and avoid having to deal with any water spots which can be a lot of work on that rig! We were really impressed with the customer service and their quick response! Sean is always willing to help and make you feel comfortable calling and inquiring again. We would not hesitate to buy from the again!

Been using this for several months and although I like the iSpring for rinsing off my black truck after a washing, I tend to use it mostly for my home's windows. Yes, I wash my house windows more frequently than my truck...because "it's a truck"...dirt is good for it. I live in a *very* dusty and windy area. Folks out here are cleaning their windows every few weeks (or paying a professional every few months to do the same). Pulling screens and playing with ladders...no thanks. To keep my windows nice and clean in between annual deep cleans, I just wheel this out every other week and give the windows a quick rinse. Don't even need to take the screens off...dries without spotting/streaking and saves me time and money (no ladder required). Two thumbs up. The iSpring folks even called to follow-up on how I was liking the product and any thoughts I had about it's use. Very nice, US-based folks who speak plain English and are extremely helpful. -Ted T.
