Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Blue - Unlocked (Renewed)

After reading other reviews, I decided to go with Amazon Renewed premium. Phone looked like it was new without any scratches or unusual wear. After transferring information from old phone to this one and updated apps, the phone works flawlessly. I found two things wrong and not really wrong, but it did not come with any kind of instructions, and battery life was at 84 percent. I was hoping for higher battery life, but it is what it is. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered two of these phones and not only were they in great condition, it was SO easy to switch from our older phones to these "newer" ones. We actually went from the iPhone 7C to these iPhone 14 series. I'm sure many already know the ease at which you can now just do that side by side switch-over, but we'd gone so long with the 7C we were unaware of this and wow was it easy. The hardest part now is to get used to the newer designs and functions the models have after the iPhone7. And it's not really all that difficult, it's getting used to the button placement that I keep forgetting. LOL Both phones had virtually no damage that was easy to see and both work great. One has a tiny scuff mark on the bottom side, but you can only see that if you look real close. I would have thought they were new were it not for the refurbished card that comes with them. The charging cord is also in mint condition. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Performance is exactly what you’d expect from an iPhone 14: smooth, fast, no lag, and ready to handle anything. Face ID works perfectly, cameras are sharp, and the speakers are crisp. It also updated to the latest iOS without any issues. As for the seller — communication was clear, shipping was fast, and they obviously took pride in delivering a quality product. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I essentially got a “like-new” iPhone 14 for a much better price than buying brand new. If you’re on the fence about refurbished, let this be your sign: it’s worth it when you get a seller who takes care of their products.
