High-quality, durable cable.
This cable worked perfectly with my Kenwood TM-V71A. The connectors on the cable are well installed and appear to be durable, up to the task of being inserted and removed from the mini DIN 6 connector on the back of any compatible radio. If, like me, your soldering skills (and near vision) are limited, opting for this pre-built cable is good value for money.

Does not work correctly with the ft 891
You can send audio with this but not receive audio with your digital modes with the ft 891. will be returning this. The pin out is wrong and you get no audio from the radio just static

This cable is not compatible with Yaesu 817/818 pinout.
I did take too long to use this cable after purchase, Sadly I can not return it. The pinout does not fit the Yaesu data 817/818 port.
