A: Dear Customer, Thank you for your enquiry.The Talking Tiles do not have the functionality to download sound to a PC but you can download from a PC onto the Tile via a Phone Lead. I can suggest another of our products, the Deluxe Talking Photo Album which enables you to download from the device to a PC. A: They do need to be pressed firmly (or with assistance against cheek or with hand).The sound quality is excellent and they are very robust.
