I use this for pole dancing and it gives me so much grip. It is amazing and I couldn't cope without it. As someone who has very sweaty slidey hands, this is a godsend. It dries my skin out enough to get a decent grip throughout an entire routine and is much less messy than liquid chalk. I have used it for other aerial dance forms as well such as lyra and trapeze and found it useful in these too. I go through a bottle every 3-4 months so it's excellent value for money.

I’ve been doing Pole on and off for a year and am really trying to work myself to inverts and intermediate work. However, my grip would make me second guess myself as I would start sliding down no matter how hard I was squeezing for my life. I have to admit, I have sweaty palms. A fellow dancer recommended this product and I love it. Small and easy to pack up in a gym bag, applies gooey and turns kinda powdery, I now have the grip I’ve been searching for and am getting the confidence to try more challenging moves!
