I hung this in my daughters room and she hangs a filled tote and a backpack purse on it every day. I am already a big fan of command hooks. I use them all over my apartment. The only time I had a problem was using a flat command strip for a picture above my stand up freezer. I think the heat got to it and made it unstick. These hooks say they hold like 20 lbs I think and so far it has! Easy to hang - follow the directions!!!!!!! Update: It fell off the wall so I hung another. It fell too. Others in my house have never fallen down. Think it is the wall in her room or that particular paint or something. Not sure but gonna keep trying because they usually work great. Maybe re-clean that spot on the wall and rinse/wipe it better.

If you try to hang everything right away, the adhesive won't hold. As long as you stick to lightweight curtains (like sheers, light cotton, or semi-sheer panels) and a standard thin rod (0.5" to 0.75" diameter), they hold up great. However, I wouldn't trust these with heavy blackout drapes or thick velvet curtains—the weight limits are serious, and the hook cradle is specifically sized for thinner decorative rods. I used this to hang up a 5lbs frame. It only lasted until the next day. The adhesive was barely sticky when I picked it up. It used to be that command could pull paint off the walls if you weren't careful with how you removed it. These wouldn't win against the adhesive power of a sticky note. Save your money and order something else. Command is no longer the quality it used to be. How can I even return something that the package has been ripped up, the protection pulled off the adhesive tabs, and with the cheap plastic hooks scratched up from falling to the floor? Even the sliding mechanism of how the mount connects to the hook felt cheap. I've replaced this broken, useless hook with 2 thumbtacks.

Tener cuidado en como se pone, para fijarlo en la pared hay que correr la parte en la que se pegan los adhesivos, ya que si solo se hace presión sobre el gancho blanco no pega bien. Yo eché a perder un gancho por no sacar la parte transparente de dentro del gancho, la segunda pegó bien.

Minha segunda compra. Segura bastante peso mesmo!! Adorei!!

Excellent! Great strength-I hang multiple wet towels from these things. Easy to put on and they seem very secure. I bought them to hang my wet towels up with and they can handle 3 big wet towels for drying. Great product.
