As the measurements are exactly "whatever" centimetres, I imagine all the circles are similarly exact. Does this help? Come back to me if I have not explained myself very well. p.s. Bring back Imperial measurements! **Q: Is this shatterproof?** A: If it fell to the floor I do not believe it would shatter. The plastic is brittle and not ductile. So if it was in your bag and it receive a whack I think it would crack but not shatter. These are specialist items that you need once in a while. I’ve had my original for over 50 years but bought a spare which I carry in my bag. It lies flat inside a plastic cover and is between flat items like a writing pad. I look after it and it has survived. I would not describe it as something that would shatter but it may crack as it is brittle.
