Excellent phone. It is a big upgrade from what I was using. I ama really happy. It performs perfectly l, fast and smooth. Like new!!!

Getting this phone was a bit of an adventure, the first time the phone was "delivered," I received a box with a power adapter and cable inside - NO PHONE. Fortunately, I was able to set up a call back from Amazon and explain the situation including sending them a photo of the empty packaging. After a bit of discussion regarding the status update on the delivery not having been completed (it was updated while I was on the phone with the representative), they dispatched a phone to me (I can't call it a replacement, since I didn't get one in the first place.) Fortunately, I received the phone the next day. I have purchased many used phones over the years, but normally within a year of the launch of a particular model. In this case I was ordering a three year old model based solely on the cost, as I was buying the phone for use as a backup phone (WiFi only with Google Voice) and for use as a drone control display. I looked at lower end recently released Samsung phones, but it seemed that there was far more value in a higher end phone that was three years old and was around $250 with 256GB of storage. My suggestion on buying used phones would be to be very conscious of the usable life (how many updates will the phone get) and the condition. In this case an "Excellent" condition phone had a near perfect display, near perfect back panel, and two sides that were in great condition. The the bottom side and the right side of the phone had scratches and nicks, but I still consider the condition overall to be accurate. No the phone is not in "Mint" condition, but certainly better than "Very Good." I was able to set up the phone, charge it fully, and load the apps I wanted to use, then test its use. Everything seems to work as expected. The phone is a Snapdragon 8 gen 1, which as a I recall sometimes generated a little extra heat and had lower battery life than expected, but for my use the phone should be fine. The phone is supposed to get at least the next major Android and One UI upgrades (16 and 8) - so I expect security updates for about another two years, at which time I may decided to get another used phone for use as a backup. The phone works and sounds fine, I would call it a good value even if you want to use it for your primary phone. The screen, apps, etc. are snappy and everything runs without issue.

Looks new, works great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Works well on mint mobile network.

The phone arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The screen, battery, and cameras are all in excellent shape. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

This was my 3rd attempt at getting a phone for my son (1st was in unacceptable condition from a different seller, 2nd was "damaged while preparing for shipping" from yet another seller). This one is pretty much perfect. No major scratches, screen and camera are flawless, battery life is exceptional, easily activated to my carrier (Xfinity Mobile). Great deal for the price! He is switching from a Galaxy S9, which would be lucky if he didn't have to charge before lunch. Now, at 7:45pm, he's been on it all day, and just hit 50%. Much faster and snappier then his old device. Will definitely keep them in mind next time someone in the family needs an upgrade!

👍The seller is definitely one of the best on Amazon. I bought a phone from same seller for my Mom (on her account, so I did not do a review.) And had a great experience then also. For many years, if you PAID for an "excellent" or "like new" phone... you would actually RECEIVE an excellent/like new phone,lol. Newer sellers are coming into market & in a way, scamming ppl. The amount of ppl i know + reviews I've seen of ppl paying for EXCELLENT phones but getting sent- Batteries that are crapped out. Charging ports that don't work. Blown speakers. Locked because previous owners didnt finish paying for phone. Locked because phone was stolen. Banged up/deep scratches/color chipped off.... it's alarming to say the least,lol. So u have to be really careful WHO u buy from nowadays. With this seller i got a phone in THE EXACT CONDITION I PAID FOR. Minus 1 teeny tiny scrape near charging port (that u cant even see unless looking for it.) The phone looks + performs like brand new. 👎The ONLY negative (why i gave 4 star instead of 5.) I paid a little extra for a Tmobile locked phone - but received a Verizon unlocked instead. I stopped buying unlocked 2 yrs ago when I had a problem (different seller.) The phone was a diff carrier before - not all the features worked properly. And updates would not come in, even when manually trying. (I brought it to a Verizon AND Tmobile store to see wtf was wrong,lol.) So was a little bummed this time when ibsaw it wasnt the correct carier. Phone was a birthday gift for my BF, so didnt want any problems. BUT luckily everything works as it should. Phone even updated shortly after being turned on. So it worked out well. But wanted to mention it because it wasn't exactly what I ordered.

Llego en tiempo y forma, bien protegido, compre el de condición excelente, ningún detalle en marco, cristal trasero, o pantalla, solo un pequeño arañazo en la cámara superior trasera, que no afecta en la cámara, solo es visible en algún ángulo con la luz, en general esta muy bien el equipo, funciona a la perfección, viene liberado, no tengo ninguna queja, no puedo checar la condición real de la batería, pero en el test de Samsung q trae el celular, aparece q la condición de la batería es buena!

El teléfono que recibí esta impecable, con ninguna señal o marca de uso. Hasta ahora funcionando a la perfección y estoy seguro que seguirá así.

Nice phone

Compré este dispositivo por un encargo. Y por lo que pude probar todo trabajaba bien como en audio y llamadas, la pantalla si presentaba una muy ligera fantasma pero no perceptible a simple vista. Camaras todo bien y de excelente calidad. También en estética muy excelente solo presentaba un ligero rasguño en un lado del marco. Pero parecía como nuevo. 💯 Recomendado
