Skysurfer Reverb Pédale d'expression Bleu

For gigs with a band I play harmonica through the normal channel of a Fender Deluxe Reverb amp but this means that I can't use the amp's onboard reverb and so I usually use a Boss delay pedal to fatten up the sound. However, I thought I'd like to try a reverb pedal instead and asked around some other harp players and one recommended an apparently highly regarded TC delay pedal. I hadn't heard of this brand but I noticed that they also did this moderately-priced reverb pedal and I decided to give it a try. Although it's described as a mini pedal it's about the same size as most Boss pedals and it's very sturdy made of metal with rubber feet so it stays where you put it. It comes with printed instructions but the three control knobs - reverb, mix, tone - together with the reverb selector switch - spring, plate, hall - are fairly obvious and I was soon able to dial in very nice-sounding fat harp tone. The bypass switch also works well and doesn't affect your sound when disengaged. There are other reverb pedals out there that have many more different reverb types available and also pedals that have combinations of reverb and delay but I like this simple straightforward pedal which gives me what I want without added effects i'll never use. I guess people's taste's will vary (particularly with guitar) I preferred the plate reverb which I thought sounded better than the spring setting (which is nice and subtle) and was obviously less reverb-y than hall setting.

Arrived well packaged and on time. Great quality pedal. Have several of different pedals in this range by TC Electronic and can't fault their solid build quality. This HOF2 reverb has a big range of quality sounds and settings and has the ability to load Toneprint custom made sounds as do all the TC pedals in this range. It also has a 'Mash' function which acts like an expression pedal if you press harder and then lighter on the footswitch. Lots of settings and adjustments to play with. In all a very versatile reverb pedal. Very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend.

This is a solid little reverb pedal for the price, it can produce short spring reverb, bright plate reverb and long dark hall reverb - the three different modes add subtle changes to the EQ of the reverb sound, which is more noticeable with long decay times - which mean you can use the tone control to tweak each mode to your requirements...

It sounds amazing. It took a bit to set up properly for my taste but other wise the setup it is amazing. To save on how long it takes to set. Up for yourself you can copy my settings

It was very nice looking and sounded lovely but it stopped working after a few days so I returned it.

The reverbs are ok. But the pedal is REALLY noisy. A lot of unwanted hiss after activating. I’d recommend saving up for something better. Also I’ve since discovered these pedals are rebranded Behringer pedals. Makes sense if they just bought TC Electronic

Ett underbart vackert reverb ljud, speciellt på Spring läget där reverben fyller rummet. Till ett pros som skulle kunna vara dubbelt & ändå vara värd det. Klart värd att köpa.

Al cabo de un año y sin meterle mucha tralla un día murió, simplemente dejó de funcionar. Me han enviado otro al estar en garantía, pero tras leer más comentarios de esta serie de pedales de TC no me quedo muy tranquilo, pues parece que no tienen un control de calidad como antaño. El pedal es lo que es, un one-trick pony. La reverb va asociada al shimmer, es decir, no puedes usarlo como reverb solamente. Aunque pongas el shimmer al mínimo sigue sonando, sin embargo puedes cortar del todo la reverb y tener el shimmer seco. Vamos, que es un shimmer con reverb y no al revés. Los controles tanto de tono como de mix funcionan bien. Pierde un poco de volumen al activarlo, nada muy llamativo, pero se aprecia. La construcción parece muy sólida, pero a mí ya me ha fallado una vez, así que... Para ser un pedal de un sólo uso podría ser más pequeño, como la serie del HOF, por ejemplo. Lo mejor es el sonido, un shimmer muy personal y que tiene muchos matices cuando juegas con el tono, el mix y la reverb. Una pena que no se pueda cortar del todo el shimmer. Bien: Sonido rico y maleable. Mal: Demasiado grande para su uso, durabilidad dudosa.
