There is an ugly brown stain along the entire side of the tunnel tube - see photo. Not sure if the product I received is new. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for their reply.Hanging hammock is very tiny, suitable maybe for a kitten. There was just enough space in the hammock for our 15 lbs plus sized cat to put his front paws on.

It is exactly as expected! My cat loved the hanging toy. I could not get the round tunnel piece to attach to the post so i was kinda bummed about that seemed like a small defect. But the instructions are easy and took less than10min to put together!

I got this product as a Christmas present and I wanted to put it together before giving it to my mom. I'm glad I did. The tower looks used and is dirty. The tube has a discolored brown mark on it and then there is also a burn looking mark on the tube as well. This is extremely disappointing as the tower is white and the mark is very noticeable.
