These are excellent for wound care! They do what they say, drawing out seepage and surrounding it with a gel. Great coverage that stays on. The only reason for 4 stars is the adhesive left my sensitive skin red and itchy after wear, but for me, this happens with any kind of bandage with adhesive.

These dressings are a game changer. Just recently crashed on my motorcycle again. The first crash I just used the traditional gauze and wrap for recovery and it took about 4 weeks to fully recover (almost all the scabs were gone). This time around a friend told me about these. I expected recovery time to be the same but recovery was much faster at about 2.5 weeks. They donโt stick very well to injuries at the joints. The dressings leak out the side on the very first day when I used these on my knees and elbows so I did not use these as often on joints. They do work very well on the road rash I got on my shin and forearms though. The road rash on the knees and elbows are still healing while the forearms and shin are fully healed. Do yourself a favor and replace all your large bandages with these in your first aid kit. I ordered both the .3mm and .5mm dressings. They had the same effectiveness but the .3mm was slightly more comfortable to wear since you noticed it less.
