Product description Maysan Original Chinese Curry Paste (Extra Hot) 448g (5 Packs) Ingredients Wheat flour, Non-hydrogenated palm oil, Curry powder (containing fenugreek, turmeric, coriander, mustard, cumin, chillies, fennel, ginger, black pepper, garlic), Monosodium glutamate, Salt, Sugar, and Potato powder/granules Directions Mix 1 pack (448g) of Maysan Original Chinese Curry Paste (Extra Hot) with 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir continuously until fragrant (about 2-3 minutes). Add your choice of vegetables or protein, and cook until done. Serve hot with rice or noodles. For a milder curry, use less paste. For a spicier curry, add more paste or adjust with chili peppers.
