After spending a lot of money testing various concealers, I found this one to be perfect for me. It applies smoothly to the skin around my eyes and doesn’t cause dryness. It also stays put throughout the day without pilling. I'm very satisfied with this product.

For those sporadic skin flare-ups, I required a solution to conceal the rare yet significant blemishes I experience. I'm quite fond of this concealer stick. It occupies minimal room in my storage and is straightforward to apply.

I have started using more of these blurring/brightening types of concealers lately for acne scars and they tend to work quite nicely, as long as you get the right shade and moisturize before hand. I found the same was true for this one, in that if I use it without moisturizer it just settles into fine lines and looks dry. This is a nice, lightweight concealer, but I had to apply in layers to get decent coverage. I get better coverage with my No7 version with a single application. Also, I’m not a big fan of the built-in applicator. You can easily end up with too much product on the skin and it doesn’t blend as well as using your fingers. Bottom line: good for bright, semi-transparent coverage, but bad for anyone with dry skin or needing fuller coverage.

This Lamel concealer is on the right track in that it's an easy to apply product, being a bit on the thin side with a pouf-ended tube for application. However, the pigments are rather light and it takes a few layers of building to get coverage for dark circles. There is a slight illuminating effect, not sparkly, but definitely brightening without looking cakey. Unfortunately, because there are layers, it ends up creasing with time. This may work if only a light amount is needed, but for darker circles or discoloration, it may need to be reformulated with a denser pigment for better coverage.
