However, I tried to use. I have two question 1. Is it correct it can be used only with plugged in? 2. The central portion of the probe, is it ok without light? Please answer this ASAP.

I got this device after my Dermatologist closed her clinic due to COVID19. I was halfway through getting skin tightening treatments in her clinic by a company called EndyMed. The treatments were going really well and I was happy with my results so when the clinic closed I was super disapointed. That's when my Derm recommended NEWA. She said it was powered by the same technology as the professional Endymed system she used in my treatments. I was a bit skeptical but decided to go ahead and buy it since it’s a fraction of the cost of the in-clinic treatments and decided I would put it to the test. For two weeks I treated just one side of my face so I could compare my results and I have to say I was stunned with the difference! My marionnette lines on the side that I treated basically disapeared!!! One thing I will say is that it's a gradual process and you have to put in the time for it to work.

DON'T BUY IT. It fails after a couple of months. I returned my first one before due date for returns. Another one was sent, and now around 2-3 months later, it has died. NOW it is too late to return because the original purchase date started the countdown, not the date that the second was sent to me. Not worth it.

The device didn’t work for me. The instructions are ridiculously long. You can’t get a refund from Amazon you have to go thru the Newa company…I called . I sent emails . They take a long time to respond. It’s been a month I still don’t have a refund. It’s in “management hands” if the device doesn’t work you will have to jump through hoops to get your money back!
