Refreshing and nousishing summer drink
Had this as a food supplement in hospital, in a variety of flavours, and liked it so much I now have it at home as a milk shake. Slghtly too strong for my taste but diluted with a little milk and its fine. My favourite flavours are Banana or Vanilla. Great as a refreshing drink whilst providing valuable nutrients. Banana flavour is best

useful, if/when lacking in other types of milkshake, could be slightly healthier, however
The only reason this particular milkshake is probably healthier than other milkshake drinks, is it could have less e-numbers in it, if any at all, this hasn't been checked, by myself, it is an assumption, to taste, it is of a severe sugary taste, ensure is rather more expensive, than some other types of milkshake drink, although the banana flavor is less sugary than the other flavors, it still tastes like a lot of this substance has been added, this particular milkshake drink is probably best for those who don't/can't eat very much, the level of sugar adage could be useful for those suffering with this type of malady
