Not strong enough
It's essentially a hollow plastic tube to afix your action camera to but the plastic cracks easily when tightening the screw. The badly applied glue came away from the grip on day one. A better option for me, now that I have some experience is to purchase a hand grip based on the quarter inch screw point and it works very well. Safe secure, sturdy etc.
