Yes. Really good glue in my opinion. My nails stayed on for over a week

I think these are perfect for medium length press on nails. Easy and quick to use as they are already shaped and you can file them down further if you do want them a bit shorter!

Can you put acrylic or uv gell on them

Yes, you definitely can. ...But why to do so? Why not to put just nail tips prolonging your nail length and then cover it all (your nail+tip) with either acrylic or gel finish? Why I'm telling you this, it's because I've tried both ways and the last one was the best ;-) If you will be soaking gel away, there will more mess on oval nails than on only tips. If you will put acrylic finish and you would like to take it away, there will be only one way - to file it all away. ...But in this case the oval nails may very successfully save your own nail plates from damage of filing them. If you are going to use oval nails, I recommend to buy "Ultra quick brush on nail glue" (I used to buy it as Asda) - do not use provided glue in the kit - it's rubbish. And before you start, make sure you filed your nail plates till they are rough surface (regardless you will be putting oval or tips) , then file your nail plates with tips or oval nails again, so that they are rough again - it helps to stick false nail to your own nail and then gel or acrylic finish too. After that - do what you want to do: with acrylic finish you can apply nail varnish and gel colours/design. With gel finish you can only apply gel colours and designs. Do these nails have a shallow/gentle C curve as I have quite flat nail beds?

I would say yes. I've worn them for years and have always been very satisfied.
