Took a bit of practice but after making 50 buttons I was very pleased with my purchase. I used modelling paste and let it sit in the mould for 5 minutes and the buttons are great.

Beautiful selection of buttons, I used this for a lalaloopsy cake for my niece and the buttons came out beautifully. It arrived within a couple of days and made a huge difference to the appearance of the cake compared to a standard button cutter.

Have to say I am disappointed with the quality of this. Some of the spikes for the button holes are missing, which making buttons are vital to have. Also not very deep. One design in particular has broken every time because it is too shallow. I use mine for polymer clay which is far more forgiving than icing if thinking of using for that craft. Gave two stars for the prompt delivery. This mould is obviously hand made and as such you would think attention to detail would be a must. Expensive for something that will sit at the back of the draw!
