Top quality, seems to be effective . easy to use, also what can be done is to cut it in half if you don't need the full piece, then placed the other half back in the envelope and use a paper clip to reseal it to keep it fresh.

I love these patches because they really help with pain and they stay in place no matter if you are sleeping or moving around. I haven’t found any other patches this size they stay as well.

I expected Salonpas to adhere better than it did while I was sleeping. I didn't realize that it was a smaller size than usually found in stores. A bit complicated to put on. Keeping, though disappointed. The description stressed FLEX So I thought it would stay put. It fell off my knee when I got up to go to the toilet in the night.

Lidocaine 4% flex patch must be applied to clean, dry, hair free, area that preferably is not on moving joints. Remember the patch holds better on areas that don’t really flex even though they call them flex patches. Once air gets under patches they tend to lift up and not stick. Honestly the lidocaine will be absorbed through your skin and spread via your blood stream around the area that has been injured. Never place on wounds or area where the skin is broken. You can also cut these if too big but remember they stick to everything.

I used one last night and, it worked very good. I had no pain in the area. Also scent free.
