Floor ONE S7 PRO Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Smart Floor Cleaner Mop for Hard Floors, Long Run Time, Dual-Sided Edge Cleaning, Self-Cleaning, Centrifugal Drying Process

First, I rarely post reviews of any product, but the lack of information on Tineco's site and Amazon prompted me to do so. Like many, I purchased an S7 Pro, which arrived in a BROWN box. The shipper box label did reference the S7 Pro as the description; I wasn't concerned as I understand some companies pack their Products in a Shipper box or Retail Box (the White Box) that many referenced in other comments. Retail boxes are usually for brick-and-mortar stores so the consumer can view product features when they compare the products in the store. Retail boxes are often not sturdy enough to ship independently and must be shipped inside another box to hold up during transport. Now that we have the Box out of the way, I, too, was concerned that the model I received did not have "ULTRA" mode. When you download the manual online for the S7 Pro, it lists "Ultra" Mode instead of "Custom." The manual I received only described the "S7 Series". The model number listed for the S7 Pro is FW200300US, but the model number on the box I got is FW221100US. I assumed I needed to download the Tineco App to unlock the "Ultra" Mode, so I logged in and paired my device, but the Device Name was "Floor One S7." Again, I did not see "Pro." Looking at the website, I did not find a model number until I looked at the rollers, which have version 1 and version 2. The roller I have looks like Version 1, but it says it's for "Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 PRO/S5/S5 PRO 2 Replacement Brush Roller," but the radio button name is "S5/S5 Pro," and the other radio button is "S7 Pro (FW200300US)" which was not the model I got. If you click next to the comment for "For Tineco FLOOR ONE S6/S7 Pro（SKU FW200300US) Smart Vacuum Cleaners," the answer you get is "Specially designed for Tineco Floor One S7 Pro (order before July 10, 2024)." I admit I still don't know which one I need to order, and it's unclear which is which, but that is Future Me's problem. At this point, I was pretty sure I got the wrong device. Like the other reviews, I got an S7 and not an S7 Pro, even though a base S7 is not listed on their site. So, after reaching out to Tineco's support team for the last few days, they were very responsive and quick to address everything I noticed and the comments. They confirmed, based on the Model and Serial number I gave them, that it was, in fact, an S7 PRO. They stated that the FW200300US has been discontinued, which explains the 2 different roller versions and the comment about "Ordered before July 10, 2024." The comment from the Tineco Support Team: We received feedback from our support team. Please note that this machine is an improved Floor One S7 Pro version. The old version has been discontinued. Based on the feedback from some user groups about the complicated operation of the machine, we simplified the design of the handle and display, and removed the Ultra mode; Tineco is committed to providing easy-to-use machines for all user groups. In addition, the new version of S7 Pro uses soft-pack batteries for the first time in the cleaning appliances industry, which improves the battery life and reliability. The roller brush motor has been improved and can rotate in both directions, which can keep the roller brush fluffy and more durable; Regarding the dirt water tank, it has also been completely upgraded. The new filter device can effectively separate solids and liquids, making it more convenient to clean and maintain after daily use. The graphite pole piece that will not rust can be used to detect the water level, which significantly reduces the failure rate of sensor false alarms. Please don't worry, the machine you received is the correct model according to the serial number, pictures and details you provided. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important to understand that I went through all the questions and concerns many of you may have when receiving the device. All in all, I have been using the device for a month, and I love it. I can clean my main floor and part of my basement before the battery dies, about 2,000-3,000 Sqft. I may need to refill the water twice, as there is still some in there from the last clean, and empty the dirt water twice. Tineco Q&A does note that if you don't use the Tineco solution, it could use more water and require more frequent refills and dumping because of the bubbles. So far, it's been a great purchase; I have been eying it for about 6 months, and glad I finally pulled the trigger.

This was probably the best gift I’ve ever given myself. While I was taught, like so many others, that nothing beats cleaning your floors on your hands and knees I can’t really do that anymore. I have a couple degenerative discs in my lower vertebrae. 🎈 Even traditional mopping is inflammatory after a while. I used to the the OG O-Cedar mops, but I grew tired of the mop handle randomly collapsing into storage size, and touching the filth. I purchased this based on the reviews, and Amazon’s generous return policy. Ladies and gentlemen, was truly blown away! I won’t post pictures of what the waste water looked like out of embarrassment, but it was impressive! Especially because I mopped frequently! Considering the limited amount of washing fluid it used I was shocked. It’s much quieter than a traditional vacuum, but far from silent. Completely tolerable. You can turn off the voice, but I leave it on so I don’t forget to do anything. It’s light enough for me to lift and carry up/downstairs with one hand. The waste container is easily sanitized, and with emptying after every wash we’ve noticed no odor. Self-cleaning is adequate, and the sound not terribly loud. Washing fluid use is minuscule yet effective making stocking up very inexpensive. Replacement washing belts are inexpensive. The filter is easily cleaned and replaced. And it’s attractive! I don’t mind leaving it out for quick cleanup of spills. This is absolutely not a sponsored review, but contact me guys! I’d gladly promote your product! ——-UPDATE——-October 2024———- I have now had to contact Tineco for the 5th time about the machine failing to work for the same problems over and over and over again. They refuse to concede the machine I received is a colossal failure in quality and instead keep making me box it up and send it in after pictures and videos every single time. It’s either “the dirty water bucket is full” when it’s completely empty or Ultra Mode completely fails to electrolyze the clean water so I can clean naturally which is the entire reason I even bought it. Buttons don’t actually work still. Just picks whatever mode it wants. It’s really really bad. Paid way too much for such a horrible warranty and no faith in their own product to even provide me a new one when it’s obvious I got sold a failure. I still have another year of warranty to go. Instead of showing they believe that this was a one off they are doing everything possible not to send me another unit which tells me they’re probably all like this and sending me a new unit will be as effective a fix as sending me parts and making me mail the entire contraption back again and again and again. This will be like the 5th or 6th time. This company is a joke and has gone completely downhill. Once this warranty is up it’s going in a landfill and I will NEVER support this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know. This is horrible quality. They robbed me! Don’t fall for it. So many others to choose from. I’ll put another update on ina few weeks of the same failure and the same story of me sending it back for repairs until the warranty is up. What good is a warranty if you can’t fix it and refuse to replace the machine. ————-March 2024————- Purchased in October 2023 By March 2024 it had been sent back to them no less than 3 times for which I was required to send video of the problem over and over again. Now the machine won’t work because it keeps telling us the dirty water tank is full which so so so many 1 star reviewers have also experienced. It does not do what they advertised and the wheels forcing you to go front when you want to go back and vice versa is just going to destroy the motor on the wheel and eventually the rubber/plastic on the wheels. Be careful if you have expensive floors!!! Customer service is incredibly tedious. The product is horrible and leaves streaks on the floor. Even after thoroughly cleaning and drying the brushes. I regret buying it for so much money and I’m waiting for prime day so I can replace what is now completely inoperable after less than 1 year. Despite the 2 year warranty they make it as inconvenient as possible. After sending my floor cleaner in 3 times every time I got it back it looked like it was dragged behind a truck and tossed around with scratch marks all over it! I’m so done with these people. $700 and ultra mode will not work. Wheels are motorized and you can’t roll it on the wheels to get it back to the base you have to carry the whole machine, the tanks don’t fit right anymore and leaves very visible streaks. If this was a car, lemon law would have been applicable and I’d have been able to get my money back. Save yourself. Much better models out there!

This company had delays in delivery and the expensive tineco started foaming and I asked for maintenance and they did not reply. Then I asked for a refund and it was denied. Do not order from thei company.

Me duro 6 meses (usandola 3 a 4 veces por semana) la base esta mal diseñada!!!. En uso diario el peso le gana y se va rompiendo de la parte media a la parte donde esta el rodillo. El día de hoy esta inservible, literal solo la detiene un cable del rodillo, no la he tirado por que si no no hay forma de cargar para la parte de la aspiradora. Comprala si la vas a usar poco, por que la verdad limpia muy bien, pero si esta mal diseñada, estan mejores las de menor rango de esta marca, tengo una de hace 2 años de las básicas que funciona bastante bien.... De la parte de la aspiradora, esta bien, no es una maravilla pero funciona. Pero para nada vale el precio 😭
