12 Dripper Extension Kit, Black

This product works really well. I like the smart technology which only waters when required. It only used half of a 200ltr water butt during our two week holiday and the weather was extremely warm and dry. Setting up takes a bit of trial and error but was relatively easy even for a dunderhead like me. One negative is the noise that the product makes whilst watering. Our neighbours called whilst we were away concerned about the sound. However it is only every three hours or so, for about 20 minutes. I would recommend this product and will have much more confidence in it next year.

Good kit as described, pity you cannot buy these tee's separately without the tube

Just the job for extending my solar irrigation set up.

In general the equipment in great, easy to get going and regulate. But the little pieces of plastic T-pieces and dripper head are a bit variable, unless I have missed how to adjust the drippers. Tend to get variable dripping but can sometimes be improved. With long runs of new pipe the water doesn't flow as easily perhaps due to the clean surface or something in manufacture. I found one way to help, when switching on remove the dripper from the furthest pipe end. Let the water come through with less back pressure and then replace the dripper. It's worth checking the drippers because they do work variably and try and replace those that limit through put or allow too much. Is there the possibility for just a pack of drippers and ts with more tubing?

This is a bit fiddly to set up and lengths tubing need to be cut to fit the area to be irrigated so I had to get an extension kit. It does work very well even in the rather dull weather we have been getting and my plants are twice the size they were at this time last year.

Allowed me to put in a 50m end to end set up, and it works!

Expensive for what it is. Replacement for my irrigatia system which works well. The little nozzles block quite easily and can't be bought separately. They would probably cost a few pence.

Simple expansion set that was required to expand the Irrigatia C24. Easy to put together. The only, minor disappointment, was that the drippers are a different syle to the ones included in the C24 system. However, it works so I can't complain.

This device has saved me time and probably money in the form of my water bill (since I have this hooked to a rain barrel). On bright sunny days the pump will run for quite a long time each time it activates, maybe 15 minutes or so. This has easily kept many plants irrigated to where I dont need to water them at all. Bad reviews state that the pump has issues...not the case, seems like they didnt follow directions carefully during setup.

Da ich viele Pflanzen im Treibhaus habe, reichte das Standardset nicht mehr aus. Die Bedienung ist unkomplziert, Schlauch zuschneiden, Endstopfen und Verzweiger anstecken, Spiess in die Erde bei Pflanze stecken und gut ist, dauert nur ein paar wenige Minuten, und dafür hat man eine ganze Saison lang Ruhe, genail !!

À éviter, le système irrigatia s'est déréglé et n'arrête plus d'irriguer dès que le jour se leve et l'extension est trop chère.

Am Anfang reichten mir für die 24'er Irrigatia-Pumpe die Dripper und der Schlauch nicht, so dass ich mit Gardena-Tropfern und Gardena-Schlauch auf 24 erweiterte. Leider sind bei der 24'er Pumpe nur 12 Dripper etc. dabei. Das System lief daraufhin sehr unregelmäßig. Nicht aus allen Tropfern kam Wasser und wenn ja, sehr unterschiedlich viel. Ich kauft mir daraufhin das Extension Kit und wechselte alle Gardena-Teile aus und reduzierte auch die vielen Verzweigungen, d.h. vom Hauptschlauch geht jetzt immer nur ein Zweig an eine Pflanze. Jetzt läuft das System wunderbar und bewässert 24 Gemüsepflanzen ( Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika, Erdbeeren etc.):-) Denkt daran den jeweiligen Endzweig, d.h. der Schlauch vom Hauptschlauch zur Pflanze, etwas länger zu lassen, so kommt ihr einfacher an die Pflanzen und ihr seid flexibler wenn ihr im nächsten Jahr die Pflanzen wo anders setzt.
