Hello, i have ordered 2 of these items but only received 1. Can u olease advise me what's happening. Thanks

Mine were delivered in. Good time so I don’t know why yours haven’t been,

Is this suitable for insulating a toilet tank to stop condensation?

Yes if you were boxing it in .However the condensation would just move to the next coolest thing . If it is a low cistern you mean, I would just wipe it dry regularly .

Can you wallpaper over it

If the wall paper paste/adhesive is capable of adhering to foil then I guess it is possible.. although dependent upon the wall paper thickness you are likely to see the insulsation cell pattern through the paper.

Can this fabric suitable sewing insulated lunch bags.

If just being put inside a bag it might do but if wanting to sew inside a bag it would not work as the outer layer is made of tinfoil.
