The water butt that i bought with you is fine but the tap is leaking. what can i do as i am now trying to use it for the first time?

My Barrel collapsed because it is too weak to support the weight of its contents. The vendor will not take it back or offer a refund.

I returned the item to Amazon but unfortunately Hermes have lost it!!!

At least you were able to return it. I cannot even though the barrel collapsed because it is too weak to support the weight of its contents.

The width is approx 20inches (50Cm)

Can this be used as an ice bath?

The one we have leaks so I wouldn’t recommend it to hold any water iced or warm. As we are elderly we are stuck with it and don’t know what to do with it.
