Does this wallet have rfid protection?

It looks like it has RFID protection. I have tried it by touching wireless payment device in the Chicago subway. It did not work until I removed card from the wallet.

Does dtex material stretch? do cards fall off or get loose in the wallet?

The material is flexible but does not stretch. It is not neoprene or some other elastic material. The cards are held in place pretty well and I have not experienced any serious movement or lost cards.

The one I just received did not come with a tether of any kind, just the wallet itself.
