Awful shampoo
The conditioner is ok but the shampoo is awful. It has the consistency of thick glue and is almost impossible to lather. I’ve used it just twice and will now throw it away. I used to like Liz Earle hair products, so I’m not sure what’s happened. I won’t waste my money on this again.

Bought for my son’s partner; she uses it, she loves it. I use a different shampoo & conditioner for having wildly different hair, so it’s hard for me to comment - but she says it’s absolutely fabulous for her hair, loves it, loves the scent, everything. And was delighted when I bought her some!

A great Product
This may seem expensive but you only need to use a small amount and it lasts ages. Don’t expect a very strong perfume as it’s quite subtle.

Have you changed the ingredients? Or did I get a 'bad batch'? I've always used it previously but my new batch which arrived by post was awful, like putting clay in my hair, sludge, not able to massage it into my hair. There was nothing smooth soft or silky about it!! Did you change the ingredients? I had to go to the chemist to buy another shampoo. Please explain what changes you have made or was it a bad batch? Money back please and please send a new batch of shampoo and conditioner to see if it was just a bad batch. I will return these if you can send me an address please.

Shampoo disappointing
I’ve used Liz Earle for many years including their shampoo and their conditioners - this shampoo is nothing like the creamy formula that we have all rated so highly. Will not purchase this shampoo again, will be looking for an alternative
