Review: Great bread holder - This thing is fantastic. It is weighty, sturdy, holds various sizes of bread, and is so easy to use. It stays fresh, and travels well back and forth to the camper.
Review: Excellent - We had a container like this for years. We moved to a different state and forgot in the turmoil of relocating it had disappeared. What also disappeared was remembering that we used one! I kept asking my spouse, "Why is the bread here so crappy compared to where we used to live? It's the same bread!" It turned out that the problem was that after we moved we kept the bread in the refrigerator. We discovered that it dries out the bread. So one day I was looking for something on desertcart and happened upon this as I was perusing, slapped my forehead, and realized what the problem was...after five years! Now the bread is nice and fresh. Remember to always pull the wrapper down so the heel is right at the top when you seal the container and you'll have nice fresh bread for however long it takes for you to finish the loaf...within reason. Don't put your bread in the refrigerator!
