Nice for sprinkling on oats
It's not as nice as roasted nuts with mixed dried fruit, when eaten alone as a snack However, it is perfect for sprinkling on breakfast oats. The raisins are huge and enhance the flavour of the oats.

Minimal proportion of nuts..
Product description notes 'Nuts, Seeds & Dried Fruit' - nuts minimal presence, almonds only and barely any - a very small proportion of thin almond flakes. This is more of a Seed and Fruit mix - no balance, added sugar, just mouthfusl of super sweet cranberry and raisins overpowering the seeds (sunflower and pumpkin only). Poor quality mix and I found the emphasis on nuts misleading.
