Who actually really believe these test?

Of course, they’re perfectly fine. Exactly the same as any other lateral flow tests

How many tests in this product. Description says 5 while image says 1?

Hi yes that’s correct. In 1 box there is 1 test. How ever in the order there will be 5 boxes each with 1 test kit.

Do the test have codes on them? The extraction tubes are also different

In the UK commercially bought tests no longer require codes as they are not accepted by the NHS or for travel purposes. You would need to buy from them at greater cost. I have had extraction tubes the same as these before and use them easily but anyone with little mobility in their fingers might have difficulty. I personally prefer this test kit and find it simple to use for home testing

Why did the price go up by £1 overnight? Happens every time I buy something on here

It's a volatile market for Flowflex sellers but current offering of £4.25-£4.30 is about as good as you're going to get 5 tests for. Hope this helps.
