I LOVE THIS SOOO MUCH!!! I’ve removed 2 links in 12 days!!! It’s so fun, activates muscles you wouldn’t realize, you can switch positions and intensity to change up your workout. My first time, I was so sore from my feet, through my legs, glutes, core ribs, shoulders 🤣😂 EVERYTHING HURT! The only thing that sucked was not knowing where to put my hands. So I just grip my sports bra straps and go! Super easy to assemble, lost 8 lbs in 3 days, smooth spinning, cute, ppl keep saying it’s loud, but, honestly it’s really not. The whirling is kind of motivating and keeps me in rhythm. Plus, I turn on my PepTalk app, so, it’s not the central focus of my workout. Idk why it said bruising, I didn’t bruise at all. Just super sore muscle wise. Just buy it. Best money you’ll ever spend. IF YOU STICK TO IT!!! The only way you will hate it is if you quit on yourself!

I ordered this hoop and tried it out for the first time today. I chose this one over the name brand for a few reasons , but the extra sections were what sealed the deal for me. I'm pretty sure the InfinityHoop would not have fit me. Anyway, it was a lot of fun, and my body definitely feels worked out. I had no issues with any of the parts, and it did not fly off or give me any of the problems that the name brand's videos claimed I would have. The sections went together easily, and the soft weight ball was already filled. I did 30 minutes (15 in each direction) of hooping and could feel it everywhere from my waist to my toes. I'm starting off at 25 sections, and I have no idea what that translates to in inches... Which is great, because I will obsess about numbers if I'm not careful. It was fun enough to do every day with my headphones on or watching TV. I'll update in a month on its effectiveness. ***30-day update! Please note that the picture is from day 1 and the video was filmed today, July 25th. Not only am I still using this, but I've increased from every 2-3 days to every day because I'm having such a good time with it. I just put my headphones on and hoop! I have lost 12 pounds which is apparently two sections. I still have yet to see any of the "defects" that the name brand claims knock-offs will have. I recommend this to all my friends. Update almost 90 days later: I have lost another section! Now using every day as my primary form of exercise with a 10-minute walk in the afternoon. Down 17 pounds total.

At the beginning of July I really dove into losing weight. I have gain back all the weight I lost from a previous job I had. So put my foot down and said no more being over weight. Before I bought my weighted hula hoop I borrowed one. I really enjoyed it, so I bought my own. In the beginning I have to watched video to learn how to use it... And once I watched that video, off I went. It was easy to adjust the weight and the weight is a great weight. The weight spins relatively smoothly, better then the one I borrowed. Linking the sections together was also easy and was able to fit it to my waist. I even decided to nomber the links to see how many I will lose over one. The quality may not be as good as more expensive ones, but better than others I looked at. My favorite part is the locking claspes. Mine are magnetic and VERY SECURE. I love it. Since using it for a month, I have lost 10 lb, and I just removed a link today. If anybody wants a fun way to work out I would recommend the weighted hula hoop. Just a side note. When waited hula hooping one loses about 7 calories a minute which equals to about 200 calories a half an hour.

This is a sure way to start getting active if you have been sedentary. I saw this on YouTube and when I ordered mine! I was amazed how easy the instructions were. At first, it is challenging getting the weight to move, but watching shorts on YouTube helped immensely! I am a pro now keeping it moving and it is a beast! I You will sweat and after one month I was able to remove one bracket, which equivalent to two inches. I love it!!

package came neatly and no damage to the box, product was the correct color, and came with plenty of extra links and spare parts. Very easily assembled and the material is nice and strong. As for using the hoop, i just completed my first session (its harder than you would think😭) and as someone who has trouble with consistency this is 100% one of my favorites. Keeping the weight spinning is like a game and you can easily get through an episode of your favorite show while using. Super easy to take off with the strong magnets (it will not randomly fall off) Now there is some sound but not loud enough to hear from a different floor. overall amazing product. I figured I’d try this weighted hula hoop exercise trend. This was a decent price to introduce myself to the hooping, and I was reading reviews on so many others this seemed to be a good choice. It’s only been a few days, so weight loss/inches lost I can’t review yet. I am disappointed how very loud it is. I definitely feel like there are quieter ones. I feel like I’m in between links so it was either a tad looser and that made the track not speed around smoothly, so it was louder and would stop. 1 less link is a tad uncomfortable with how snug it is, but hoping I lose the 1/2 link soon to make it more comfortable. If it ran smoothly with the extra link I’d add it, but that’s not the case. The latch seems good, I’ve heard they come undone, so having a projectile is a little worrying. I’m going to see how it goes, and if I see results, I’m doing an hour, I may just get a better one. The sound especially is my gripe for this. Too loud to use while everyone is sleeping.

Bought this to keep active during Quarantine. List 5 cm off my waist in 5 weeks. It’s important to measure to make sure it is big enough and the parts are easy to remove to Make it smaller. It is noisy but Beverly effective

I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. It'll take time to actually master it but I'm getting there. The quality of the product seems good and sturdy and easy to use.

I have went from 334lbs to 276lbs and down 6 pants sizes. I've had to remove 3 Links since I started using this consistently!!! I was hesitant to buy it because I'm a big outlaw biker and it seems feminine but I'm so glad I got it cuz it's definitely helped me lose weight and belly fat. I use it for 15 mins 4 to 6 times a day in my backyard so I don't break stuff with the weighted ball. I might look silly but it's worth it to lose weight and get healthier. I highly recommend it!!!
