What could be causing the product or device to overheat during charging?

This product uses a flame-retardant PC casing. During operation, some electrical energy will be converted into heat, causing the product to heat up. It is recommended to avoid performing other operations while charging to reduce heat buildup.

Why can't my power strip reach the device's max power?

For maximum power, both charger and device must share the same fast‑charging protocol, and the cable must be rated for the needed current. Also, high temperature or a high battery level will reduce power due to thermal protection.

Why does charging pause briefly when I plug in another device?

When adding or removing a device. Our extension cord with USB ports uses smart power distribution, which may cause a brief interruption in charging. If charging via Port A is interrupted, please use Port C to charge low-current devices.

Can I charge my laptop with this 65W power strip?

Yes, if your laptop supports PD charging. Our multi-charger station delivers up to 65W via USB‑C1/C2. For Dell, HP, some require ≥45W. Use a 5A cable. The plug extender also has AC outlets for other devices. Check your laptop's PD compatibility.

Why does my laptop show "slow charging" when connected?

The charger negotiates a low voltage (5V) causing a brief "slow charging" warning, then switches to 20V – this is normal. Also, if your laptop expects >65W, it may show slow. Use the correct port and a high‑quality cable.
