But for CNC use this bump can be enough to throw off the linear measurement. I think you can disconnect the round runner from the rail and stagger the joint so they will act like one long rail however there will still be a bump. **Q: What part can I use to stop the blocks from sliding off the end of the rail?** A: I went to my local hardware store and bought stops. Some are in two halves others are made to slip over the bar and tighten. They come in various sizes. Look in the specialty nuts, bolts, and fasteners section. **Q: Where can I order the carriage blocks? My order had missing blocks and I need to order.** A: I had the same issue. The packaging of the rails was surly inadaquate to were the block just fell out of the packaging.
