How did you get it to lay flat - Ive tried and still really puckered

Hi Mrs FI lay mine down on a flat surface, such as tiles, carpets and wooden floors, it will follow the contours of the surfaces to help you read the putts.

You haven't mentioned about its material so can it be used for outdoors ?
