Are they 100 different colours or are there repeats?

From the box it does look like you get 50 different pens only, but I may be wrong. Also there are not two different sets of 50 to buy separately, so that kind of makes me think these are doubled up to make the 100??

Are there any skin colours?

Yes, but think more cartoon style skin colours.. You won't get lifelike skin tones from this set if that's your primary requirement. Overall thought I still would recommend this product, 12 months in an I've still got 80% of the pens still functioning despite reasonably heavy usage :)
