I am totally in love e with my new Subaru Ascent, so I wanted to trick it out with some accessories. And my blue key fob cover is the perfect accompaniment. It fits the key fob perfectly and its totally compatible, its crazy easy to install, and offers great protection for the fob itself. It also comes in many colors depending on your preference.

I purchased two of these. The plastic is bendy, so you can easily fit your key in, but it is tight, so the key won't come out. It comes in four colors and offers plenty of protection for your key fob. Although the current description doesn't mention compatibility with a 2026 fob, it fits my 2026 Subaru Outback fob perfectly. It's made of TPU. It's an easy install. I chose not to use the attachment clip and hung it from my current keychain, but I will probably use it for my second backup fob.

I ended up buying two of them for my 2025 Subaru Outback. The key fits into the case nicely and I hope it will protect it well. The keychain with a carabiner is solid, albeit, in my humble opinion, a little too heavy and too big. Also, to attach the keychain to the case, one has to remove and install back a little ring which is a part of the keychain, and this is a little awkward process which makes you feel that you need either one more hand or a lot more practice. Nothing too difficult, just might require multiple attempts. They smartly include extra ring knowing that you might easily lose one in the process. The only downside which I noted is that it is hard to get the key out of the case without tools, like a small screwdriver. It seems to be nearly impossible to do with your fingers. I wish the case had a notch of some sort to insert a coin or any metal object at hand to pry the back cover out. It is unlikely that it will be needed, never happened to me with other cars, but in theory, if the fob runs out of battery, there is a physical key in the fob which enables one to open the door... and then one can hold the fob with a dead battery next to the start button, and the car would still recognize the fob... so in this (unlikely, but possible) scenario one has to be able to get the fob out of the case, and I am puzzled as to how one would do it if all tools, if any, are locked in the car... I also wonder how easy it is to open the case even with tools without damaging the case or scratching the fob itself. The material of the fob is semi-flexible material, neither rubber nor plastic, maybe vinyl of sorts, but there is nothing on the back to grab on to remove it, nor there are instructions or obvious way to open it gently. Hence, 4 stars.

Easy to install on the key, fits snug. I removed the included snap-hook and installed a regular 'ring'. it is as pictured.

This is a great cover for your key fob and dresses it up abit. It is easy to push the buttons with it on and comes of easily if need be. It fits very well and the material seems durable. Would recommend.
