I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review and after two weeks of use, I think it's time. The product is really good. I've never used sustain supplements before during my workouts, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've definitely felt a difference with it, it helps me to push my last few reps and squeeze out the needed energy to finish. The taste is alright, not the best but after a few uses, you get used to it. Quick disclaimer; a family member tried it as well and said they had a weird feeling in their stomach from it, I personally haven't had any problems with it, just be mindful your body might react differently to it.

My rwgular BCAA was out of stick so I tried this and all I can say is wow my energy is through the roof. I had the Raspberry and it tastes so fresh and delicious. One scoop whilst doing cardio and another scoop whilst doing my weight training..perfect for me 👍🏿

My go to drink when weight training. Nice and refreshing, doesn’t taste too artificial like some other brands.

Raspberry and pomegranate Flavour was great, tastes like raspberry lucozade. Use it during training if you’re going over 45m-1h mark when training, helps with fatigue and can help you going a bit longer. Price is a bit steep, usually have another brand of Bcaa’s that essentially have the same ingredient profile but costs £10 on average.

It is really difficult to make electrolytes taste good, and ON have done a great job of making the taste more than manageable

I am very sporty and I needed some thing to help me with muscle recovery but also quenching my thirst during gym time and I’ve tried many BCAA and I have to say this is one of the best as it doesn’t have any aftertaste, it’s lovely and fresh and tasty smooth I would totally recommend it
