I've struggled to get white buttercream for ages. Adding a drop of purple food colouring, constantly whipping butter for ages! But this! After whipping my butter for about 10 mins, I put 1 x teaspoon directly in with the icing sugar, and wow, my buttercream is actually white! Amazing stuff Review: Worked well for ganache - Highly recommend. I had made some white chocolate ganache but it had a yellow tinge to it and i needed it to be white. Tried the purple food colouring hack but that didn't work. Added some of this and it worked wonderfully! White ganache! Don’t put in the butter, make sure the butter is mixed and you’ve added the icing sugar !
