I understand a little dint or rip on boxes but it's been torn open.Amazon need to assess their quality of deliveries.The material looks like its nice and thick so hoping it will be nice be sturdy.*I have been offered a refund by the seller but to be honest I cannot be bothered posting the item back etc so just going to try make the best of it.UPDATE- Finally built the teepee which was easy enough but there was no instructions with the pack, I just found one on YouTube to follow.
