I've lined the roof of my metal shed with this, and it's made a significant difference to the temperaure inside. Before, you could feel the heat radiating from the roof when the sun was out, almost too hot to touch. Now under the same conditions, the roof is warm to touch, but you don't feel that heat bearing down, the shed is also relatively cool, more like an ambient temperature than a hot box. Sticks well, and once you apply pressure, it's on there good, easy to cut with a snap-off blade knife. I have also noticed a reduction in sound from the traffic, it seems more focused on the back wall nearest the road which hasn't been insulated. Now need to save up to buy a second roll to finish off the shed. I'm fairly confident it will help keep heat in during the winter.

Great sound proofing, not properly tested insulation yet but certainly warmed up while we applied it. The backing is annoying to peel off as it rips sometimes, and cutting through this left some loose fibres hanging out. But the effect is 10/10, so much quieter in the back of the van, and seems great as insulation too.

Not fitted yet but know these are good quality for van conversion.

Used this under the plywood floor/ panels in rear of our van. It has made quite a difference to the amount of noise we used to get ( nearly none now). Also heat in rear more constant not so up and down like it was before. Just be careful when sticking in down as the adhesive on the back of it is very strong so I found it better to fit first then peel small amount of backing of while sticking insulation down.

Awful product. Absolute rip off. The foil is thinner than air and rips so easy its unreal. You will not fit this without making holes in it and then have to go over it all with foil tape. The plastic that lines the adhesive is even worse as it so thin and weak its almost impossible to peal off without leaving bits in place meaning areas of the foam wont stick. This products deserves such a terrible review because you think you are getting a premium product for a premium price when in reality you are likely paying over £100 for something that costs less than a fiver to make. Just awful
